When you access this site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms described below. If you do not agree to the below terms, you should exit the site and refrain from placing any order.

All designs, text, graphics and their selection and arrangement on this Web site are the copyright of Pharmacy Solutions Limited or its content providers. Permission is granted to users to electronically copy or print portions of this site for their own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of materials on this site without Pharmacy Solutions Limited prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

We do not accept any liability, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from any information, advice, opinion, representation or omission whether negligent or otherwise, contained on this web site. We will validate the order and payment details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will acknowledge that your order has been received by sending an order confirmation email to the address you provided during checkout.
Pharmacy Solutions Limited reserves the right to have their pharmacists exercise professional judgment and prevent supply of any medicine likely to constitute a hazard to health, or the supply of excessive or unnecessary quantities, especially when the relevant product is known to have abuse potential.
If your order passes our validation checks we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This is our acceptance of your order and it brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us. All transactions on this site will be billed in New Zealand dollars.
Product may be added to or removed from the site from time to time. From time to time products described on the site may not be available. While Pharmacy Solutions Limited does not accept liability for any loss arising, every effort will be made to keep the information up to date and accurate.
Routine Security Checks
Pharmacy Solutions Limited reserves the right to contact the purchaser of an order to confirm the validity of delivery details supplied and we will perform security checks on any orders that raise a security alert based on purchase type or level. Pharmacy Solutions Limited reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that appears to be fraudulent, suspicious or where we have reasonably held concerns regarding the legitimacy of the order.
Pricing, Promotions & Product Range
Promotions, product range and prices may differ between Pharmacy Solutions Limited online and Pharmacy Solutions Limited stores.
Products featured are not shown to scale. Only one gift per customer in gift with purchase offers. Free product must be of equal or lesser value than the lowest priced item purchased in 3 for 2 or Buy one get one free offers. Half price product must be of equal or lesser value than the lowest priced product purchased in Buy 1 Get 2nd Half Price offers.
All pricing displayed is New Zealand GST inclusive unless otherwise stated.
The Terms and any order placed on this web site are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand. If any part of provision of the Terms is deemed to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
If you access our web site from a jurisdiction other than New Zealand, you do so on your own initiative and you are responsible for compliance with any applicable laws of that jurisdiction.
Delivery timeframes are from the date that the order has been picked up by the courier, not from the time the order was placed. Once the order has left our premises we have no control over the delivery time and delays over public holidays may occur.
If for any reason we do not have a product in stock you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise you of any delay in delivering the product.
We are unable to deliver internationally at this stage.
Delivery to rural areas may take a little longer. To avoid delays in receiving your parcel please ensure you complete your full rural delivery address at checkout.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to post office boxes at this time. A signature is required on delivery for New Zealand orders, unless you specify otherwise in the delivery notes field during checkout.
If for any reason you do not receive your order within the targeted delivery time, please contact us within seven days of the date of dispatch of that order. We will do our best to recover your missing parcel in conjunction with the courier or delivery service provider; however we cannot guarantee delivery unless you select a tracked delivery option.
Some products available on our website are considered Dangerous Goods when ordered in very high volumes. Examples of these products include and are not limited to: aerosols such as hairspray and deodorant, nail polish, nail polish remover, perfumes, vitamins, supplements, minerals and pharmacy only products. We will contact you as soon as possible if this occurs.
Gift cards can only be delivered to New Zealand addresses. Delivery of gift cards is at the risk of the customer so extra care should be taken to ensure delivery name and address details are correct, and that someone will be home to sign for the package on delivery.
Pharmacy Solutions Ltd is committed to providing quality products to our customers. We are happy to accept returns if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product you have purchased online, provided the purchase was made within the last 30 days, the product is unopened and in original condition and the product is eligible for return (excluded products are detailed below).
How To Return
Please call us on 06 377 1296 Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 4.00 pm to arrange your return or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
To help us provide better products, product information and service moving forward we appreciate a brief explanation relating to the reason for the return. We will then ask you to suitably package the product for safe transit and return it to our distribution centre. We will discuss sending a replacement product or refunding the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
Pharmacy Solutions Ltd will not be liable for the loss of any item being returned. We recommend that when returning a product you use tracked delivery. Items which are damaged during the return transit due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for refund.
Consumer Guarantees Act
We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and any product which is faulty, damaged, expired or which causes an allergic reaction can be returned at any time for a full refund, including the cost of shipping.
Items of a personal nature, vitamins, medicines, underwear and opened items, or items sold on mark down or clearance, cannot be exchanged or returned, unless the product is faulty, expired or has caused an allergic reaction. Products which are considered Dangerous Goods, including but not limited to perfume products, aerosols, nail polish and nail polish remover cannot be sent via courier unless explicitly declared to the courier as Dangerous Goods.
If you purchased the item from one of our pharmacies you will need to talk to the store directly, as in-store returns policy may vary.
